It has always been my passion to encourage others to live their lives to the fullest, but it was my professional experiences that led me to understanding why so many people remain stuck in a cycle of dysfunctional patterns of behavior. The bottom line is that we do not know what we don’t know…and we cannot until we seek out support and make the needed changes. It is my ultimate mission to help people disrupt those dysfunctional patterns and begin creating the life they love.
